Do you by any chance have a space in your windows user name? If so I believe you are running into this problem. I've fixed this bug but haven't posted a new update yet, I'm working on a few more things in the current branch, but the fix will be posted soon. In the mean time the 4th message in the linked post has instruction on how to manually upload the generated file. It's a little annoying but will work for now.

If that doesn't solve your problem please let me know.

Yes but only for the next couple days. The next software update will fix this problem.

Sorry the instructions aren't very good yet, I need to work more on the docs.

You need to install Arduino on your computer, and then open the options in Embrio from the view menu, then on the Arduino tab set the path to the Arduino install folder.
