AND

This node has 2 activation inputs and one activation output. If both inputs are above 0.5 the output is 1, otherwise the output is 0.

Note that this node is only here for personal preference. The more "Embrio appropriate" way to deal with this situation is to just attach the two input activation values to one input activation and set its blend mode to Multiply. Notice in the screenshot below how the two above or below nodes will behave the same way. The input activation on the bottom node will only be 1 when both inputs are 1, if one input is 0 like in the screenshot it multiplies the other input value down to 0.
