So I downloaded the Blink Test example and uploaded to my Mega 2560. Works perfectly.

If you change the pin from 13 to 12 and upload back to the Arduino you get a timing issue where a led on pin 12 will blink with incorrect timing.

I can see no issue why this code would not just work, do you have any ideas?

I can't reproduce it here. How off is the timing?

Could you try using two output nodes, to both pins 12 and 13, so both the external and internal LED blink and let me know what happens? Does the on board one blink in good timing or is it off too?

Like this:

I will post the results tomorrow. The timing showed the LED being on longer than it was off, it also lit incorrectly with a flicker.

In your test did you delete the output node and create a new one or just change the existing output pin from 13 to 12?

I just changed the existing output.

I don't think it matters. I changed from 13 to 12 and uploaded, then copied and pasted that node and changed the new one back to 13 and uploaded again. I look forward to hearing the results of the 2 pin test.
